On this episode, I got to talk with my Ma! I hadn’t seen her in 2+ years with me being in Pittsburgh and her being back home, and she said she wanted to do a podcast episode with me. How could I say no?!
My Ma had interviewed her parents when she was in college, so this is a continuation of that tradition with me interviewing her.
Insha’Allah I’ll release the interview I did with my Baba before he has passed so that parental context is available too.
In this conversation, my Ma discusses her fight and journey with pancreatic cancer, and her fortified mentality and spirituality she has tapped into while fighting it.
